You know what cooking is? Vietnamese Summer roll or Vietnamese spring roll

 What is the ultimate cooking lesson you learn in your life, that most you do in the cooking?

Spice mix, sauce making.

So with raw food, have you ever in America eating something called Vietnamese Summer roll or Vietnamese spring roll? They use peanut butter sauce.

Sauce like buying a can of Nacho sauce?

Do you understand why you eating a good food, taste good, and you never wish to compromise the taste, and how to do that in the Raw food world?

I will tell you there is a lot of food I have make, except the meat. I always vegetarian. If you coordinate right, or you read the labels of the factory made food, because I have to see if they are vegetarian. I will tell you, I read a lot a lot a lot these ingredient label since I was 5 grades onewards. So if they tell you, they use high corn syrup, you have to know why every snack bars or something they taste good. They put sugar in it. 

The only raw ingredient of raw sugar, its fruit sugar. Cane sugar, in my country like cane juice is very very sweet and it is green. We are an tiny island, so not to compare that in America, or when I get back to America.

To really cooking right in the Raw food worlds, and getting affordable meal, not like they are all rich people diet, you can start with things of every each individual food, to make a taste, so you remember what it is adding one to another ingredient.

Like i have been juicing for a week now, you know yesterday I tried the Chinese pear. They do come out as a form of liquid, that taste just like the fruits.

So do I found it different in juicing, not really, but they have a taste, just like the fruits.

People have to love what they do, when they do medicine tasting, or food tasting.

Dr. John R Christopher, the Military doctor in WWI, or WII, it means he is excellent to represent America. He says the herbs are the foods, you can eat as much as you want. So when you buying a capsult form, did you ever open it up and see?

You have to love what you do, so you doing it, you know your body is your temple of God.

Not just taking it for grant, everyone just heal you, so you don't reflect in your life, what's wrong with you so you get a disease, or contract a disease.

Nacho, (Nutritional yeast, American squash )

Do you know I used to be in American high school for a year. I went to watch the football every Friday night, they or I eat a box of nacho & chips. Do you even know what that is? And when I was reverse, selling a concession stand, they don't just sell pop drinks?

There is a heater for the Nacho to stay melted. I would just use Diaya, trying to copy the Vegan restaurant, and not using nutritional yeast. I will tell you, buying bulk, you buy in American a bucket of the real sweet agave syrup.

No, not with squash, not nutritional yeast. Squash is like pumpkin replacement. They are similar paste like with yam.

Growing spouts

 I have grow the mug beans, the chick peas ...

In Taiwan, so warm, you put in a plastic bag they grow, but in America they selling all kinds of the container, I used to have this and a doom shape. You rinse often to grow like 3 or 4 days, but you eat them so fast.

No, I never done it in the jar. I seen them doing it on the Television. But I use plastic wrap, finish and dump it. The mug beans.



Cashew

 When I was purchasing the California seeds, I met on the Internet, some of these small vendors, they actually have a catalog to keep all this small farmers at one place, you can order all kinds of seeds, or nuts, rasins. I lost the website, but they are in California, I remember one time I purchase so many seeds. I like growing vegetable, except Buffalo NY was way too cold. Something about these temperature if drop too different range, I notice, after I move to California, their vegetable grows so so so differently from when I was in Buffalo, NY.

To live in the garden where to make some food, sometimes its another save money expense. I think California is one of the best place to doing all that.

So Cashew and raw food, its actually synonym. Its the White sauce, kinda of like you have traditional American mushroom soup, or gravy with the white flour making, you use beef stock or black pepper in it. Raw food people don't really use black pepper. Dr. Christopher talk about black pepper.

Raw food means a lot of things you don't add to the food.

Usually you need to soak the cashew ahead of a day. I don't really like to run a night electronic device like dehydrator or a slow cooker. But in the morning, I can use the slow cooker for the whole day, if I am home to cook sometimes people like chickpeas or lentil. I personally don't eat them, but if grind them into like a hummus, I will make a week of hummus, and lentil paste, because I actually like that stuffs. Just not by itself. Any beans types, if they are in the paste form, I eat them. If its piece by piece, I somehow just cannot stand it by looking at them. Like peas. They put that in the pizza here, when I was young and pine apple, I take them both out. Peas and pine apple.


Apple, pears ... makes soup

 I actually a type of person like to talk to people rather than looking up the internet for recipe. There is people whom told me how they make their soup base, its cook long hours of fruits all together, so I have tried that. She is also a chemist. She will buy this big big big jar of Water glass to keep the drinking water in it. In her house, that is in California, there are so many kinds of fruits trees, heard left down from Japanese that previous owner.

Persimmon... when the reap time comes, that tree is full of Persimmon. So what can I do with it, California is the land that has so much fruits stuffs, like even fresh coconut, I really just literally going to Asian store to get a dozen home, to everyone chop one to drink it. I was very skinny that time.

So to cook Pho, I have tried with just fruits condensation of its sugar base. I will tell you, you cook a lot a lot a lot a lot of fruits in, the remaining liquid, not that much, to say, one pot, you have half pot are fruits, and another quarter is ALL you can get liquid. That is not soup. That is just some remaining water base to taste like there is fruit tasting liquid. But since she told me it is workable, the actual pho recipe, requires some Chinese spice, like stars or Arinse. Even my mother using it to soy sauce some of the taste. Every Asian lady in the older age, all seems to know how to use that. 

But what I gonna tell you is... Apple and pears are the easiest things to get in America supermarket. They have the most and cheaper compare to the rest of the remaining fruits, with large quantity. I think the mix recipe and really can be doing with something, I just haven't figure it out yet.

Laxative herbs to make a transparent wraps like vietanese roll

 I used to know a vegan raw food chef, he is from Greek. And one of his photo of these vegan food he made, he can make those wrapping of some Vietanese rolls to look like, by combining some laxative herbs.

I still remember that. I think I keep an ebook at it, if one day I found out where he is. 

Some these unknown of raw vegan chef, if you just make friends, you will see what they come out with the recipe in all kinds of different gerne.

Yam fries (Cook food oven baked honey nuts mix)

 The way how the yam is already sweet like, there is someone I used to work in the DNA lab, she taught me her cooking recipe in coating the yam with nuts and honey.

Honey is not vegan, and oven bake is not raw. But yam has its own sweetness. Just how to utilize a little bit different. I personally if seeing too many nuts on a dehydrator, I gulp. I don't like almond, and seeing big nut to occupied the entire food. If the dates are more...so these are like making the energy bar, I will tell you that much, if you observe seeing the Cliff bar, or I eat more of Luna Bar, Macadamia nuts in white color. I don't like certain color in a mushy ways. Maybe for the sporty people, the color doesn't make that much difference, I just personally choose the LUNA energy bar brand.

Do you know Tim Cook eat energy bar too? Its in Steve Jobs biography, you should ask him about.


Zucchini (Vegan or Raw)

 Zucchini, has a flower parts you can just grow them, and cut it, and fried them with the batter.

Do you know what it is a batter? Its water and flour mix and salt.

But zucchini in the raw food world, its a big thing in the restaurant menu. They are zucchini noodles, pretty much right now, I just cut them in long string of noodle looking, not really having a machine to do the craft.

But in the real world of cooked food, you can use eggs or batter of some kind doing a little bit coating, and put into these small oven, the wet batter that can stick to the sausage or zucchini, or broccoli, all are the same.

You see, I used to watch other people cooking, to actually roll out a dough to cook a oven bake sausage, whereas, if you just use a wet batter, its exactly the same, and no hassle as the dry dough, you have to process, to roll, to dirty your hands.

So, normally that kind of cooking of zucchini, you cut them in the round shape, so they really just small bites, you would just prefer use big potato or yam, to do one of those frying dishes.


Although raw food movement has been sometimes

 I still believe among all the chefs and experts, they are not really the chemist to do what the science requires to do, its to compromise the taste, and how easy to make things.

Its very very expensive in raw food, and its so much wait time like using the dehydrator, so much taste compromise.

I am in that field, just not much to talk about it, because I used to be with someone, that is all he wish to continue that path. I personally don't dwell on that, because I like cook food sometimes. 

But if this is really going to be one of the niches, yeah....I will be thinking a lot of combination of what I know about cooking Asian, or Asian spice to deliver some taste bug, that not to compromise, THAT MUCH taste difference raw food. It does not taste good. Just thinking about it, I feel bad about it.

Like vegan eggs, they use tumeric powder. That is a horrible horrible horrible doing !!!!

There is Chinese spice, just using it with Tofu, its a perfect vegan eggs.

These are recipe I went to talk to the Loving Hut, Vegan restaurant to make friends to acquire that. So until you are really in those market to see how the food dishes, and tell people what you are good at, to combine things, for how long times you cook, I think its a great things to really just let everyone knows what you can really cook, before you say you design a raw food, from the cook perspectives.



Olive Oil & Vinegar

 I used to live in Buffalo, NY. We have a very popular Oil and Vinegar store called D'avolios

With vegan that time I was, this store, I actually used it for many reason the olive oil can be used. They add different flavor, and I will asking them brand. I always purchase the European brand, of their Olives oil.

California also have olive trees. There might be 40 kinds of oil, but there are only 4 branding from the Europe. Like 4 big jar.

While I was living in Buffalo, NY. They open 4 stores of this Olive oil and Vinegar store. Its quite marvelous. That is like 10 years ago, not sure now.

But if you don't really use the olive oil for like cleansing purpose, you could just taste it with the right flavor they put in there, and there are 40 of them big jar, you can just walk in to sample taste.

I love this store and I love their packaging. The bottles are just great shape. I glue on it, tincture, coconut bottles, jars....some people love what they really doing in their spare time, I really know that.



Vegetable shortening (Vegan, not raw)

 I actually purchase in the organic store, one of those big product, called "Vegetable shortening".

Its to make the Apple pie crust undernearth the pie. You need to refrigerator the dough, to wait 20 minutes those kind.

The standard of raw food crust, are using dates with nuts. They are of course more expensive. Some people don't eat a lot of crust, or mind that the combination of raw food and cook food department of the blending, if its just for the fat reason, the crust can be just very thin, compare to the real apple pie on top with lots of sugar stuffs.

Crusts are one of the skill you learn, that the flour mix with the oil.

They give a different Chinese those dumpling or 包子 flour made wraps outside. Its a Chinese cruisine.

You know why I am telling you some of this skills I have?

Its when the time comes, I will be utilizing these skills and knowing to create what its suit to myself taste, if I found out my householder people they eat more raw. I am not there yet. But I prepare that I might just turn raw food if its fit it more to other people's lifestyle.

Like you know gluten for sure its not a raw food, but do you know how the gluten is made?

You keep washing flour dough ! And in the end, you fried it, it taste really great stuffs.

I have made spring rolls too, in the freezer, so it was very convenient, that if someone just want something quick to eat, few sticks of thin spring roll, you could have your lunch made easy.


Citric Belt fruits (Dr. John R Christopher )

Being a chemist, I will tell you, a lot of time, I just making liquids as one of my primary speicality,

Soup base, liquid base. Its kinda like habits. You can purchase one of those coconut water bottles in the organic store, they are glasses made, and they can always keep some nice and cool liquids in it.

Now I want to tell you, one time by accident how this recipe of Citric Belt Fruits ratio was mess up. I was leaving to go to Canada from Buffalo, NY. So the time was short, all left this citric belt fruits are not enough to make the correct radio of the normal Dr. Christopher recipe in 3 days muculess diet. 

There is some effect, to the professional driver that time was my ex bf. And he actually drank it, to keep awake. I was shocked too it happened like that, because although I made it that ratio, I never taste it. I think lemon might be a reason of it.

The combination is grapefruit, orange, and lemon.

Try the different ratio, you will be surprised.

Coconut oil (Vegan, Raw, from dehydrator to Fry)

 I know everyone being strict about raw food, means coconut oil makes dessert ball. Kinda like meat ball, or consistancy to some kind of cookies dough.

I will tell you, I seen others use dehydrator, coconut oil if with the mock meat shrimp (Vegan) it taste delicious !

So dehydrator will have those vegetable like eggplant or zucchini chips being made. If you try to fry it, although its fried, but I will tell you, it serve some purpose, just using it coconut oil as coconut oil, for those cooking for a very long time, will tell you that.



Pumpkin Hot Warm soup (mono-diet)

 This is for the Holloween Season coming up. This year, maybe last year I am being here, not to make pumpkin soup. You boil the pumpkin first, and you use blender to smash it.

That soupy lump, you can store for the winters, so harvest as much as pumpkin as you want.

Tofutti (Vegan Raw Cheesecake)

 There are ways not to make with sugar, but I will tell you, if you add sugar in it, the vegan cheesecake recipe its much better.

Very very good, I am not sure exactly exactly the same, but very very close.

I don't require a lot of dessert types of eating, but these recipe you should definitely to have it.

Will Raw food lose weight?

 Juicing will lose weight !

To lose weight, I will first tell you something about myself. Starting 23 years old, I start to detox and reading a lot of curezone, how people detox, and that is to do from the start to finish. 

Going to poo once a day, at least. Sometimes twice, or three times, if I use some products.

With that kind of routine, carried through 38, even 5 years I gain a lot of weight, and on meat, on eggs on milk food, I stay very side line those foods, and watch my poo routine, it has to be once a day.

Once a day.

So now, I finish a lot of my works online, set up things. I can focus just to slim down all the way the weight that I want, so I use juicing. But my routine of going to the bathroom always been once a day.

If you are once 3 days, or once per week, you are in a very bad situation.

Going to poo, will ensure, all the things you eat coming out, to actually you know, you suppose to eat once or twice a meal, if depends on the morning, I just have some fruits.

While during detox, going to the bathroom is a key elements.

Meaning?

Some people do a lot of detox will know something called Salt Water flush.

I do that a lot, or almost every time, because it is so easy, just salt and distill water.

So while I was on raw food like just salad, nothing fancy, like other people have, just salad, one day I broke away that routine, was warm fish soup.

This ensure my elimination was very smooth, almost in the same hour, I have to go to the bathroom. Like the Salt Water flush

Correct. I did say that. That is part of the salt water flush.



So people don't go to the bathroom 3 times a day, or once a day at least.....it means how to improve it?

There is a lot of reading you should do it yourself, from people often doing detox, I probably search all kinds of protocol online, but most everyone in the forum will know something to tell you what it works best so far. I will tel you, my resource was limited, because I have to work, and money is not always there, you imagine, doing detox does not spend money, there is a lot of money I put into myself investment. So selecting a proper course, you probably can get a coach, a health expert, or MD New Age movement, or consult to curezone,com, MH knows a lot of things or written a lot of interpretation. Reading a lot will be the most free things I will tell you. The concept of GI track and to adjacent the body organs, are not something I am not farmilar with my school course works. I actually know some Health related subjects in my middle school. I memorize it.


Do I believe raw food/ juicing journey that in my life? Describe

 I started to detox when I was 23. Now I am 38 and 6 months.

I am losing my period to 2 days. Like Tibetan Body body pracitces 雙身法, That person is Mahavatar Babaji as the top.

In this journey, I want to tell you, I meditate, I fasting, I read the food I wish to eat, when I finish fasting.

I liver detox, but I didn't get on the juicing, after very later on. 

Because the juicer was expensive. I only had was orange juicer, you know how simple that is, its very easy to acquire. Not everyone has money and family statue to turn raw, I will tell you, they are very very expensive. So later I turn into something like called Mono-diet because of I have a low blood pressure, I took something like avocado every so often hours. It looks like a lot of meals, but its actually wait in between the hours for the stomach to rest and eat again, digest again. Simple food to make my life better.

My detox is liver flushing a lot

I am not a big fan of eating raw. I get cold hand cold feet too, so I like warm soup. I have read that if I grow up accustomed to that food, I better just attain that food sometimes. Which is warm soup.

Do I stay a lot on juicing, do I eat?

I gradually will becoming this liquidarian, while others are doing this solarian.  It is actually easier while traveling, all I need was a chocolate milk and I can withstand the hunger. Losing periods is one of the evidence of that. Its Prana. But I won't be calling myself Breatharian though. It might be in between. That process started in 2014. 

If you check my photo, to see something like high tech. I might tell you, there is possibility, I lost my period some time ago, but since, near me not many people MD friends MD students at that time attune to that, the actually data, I didn't even records it myself, but some photos I left on the liver flush. The medical school would not teach that and they are not in a situation can help me in anyway on this. They don't believe in it.

However I did report on the Internet as much as I can about recently, hoping someone will get the data sometimes.

I meditate a lot in 10 years, I got initiated in Quan Yin Methods, by Supreme Master Ching Hai. I follow her instruction to be very strict raw food, eventually even drop the pasta, for riboflavin. 

Its a process food. 

In the Vegan movement, or raw food, someone like Dr. Gabriel Cousen will tell you all about how damage the refine sugar, and process food do to people. You should subscribe to him, and him for advice, since he might be a wise person in his norm. He is an MD. Juicing experts, before he becomes too old and die one day.

There are a lot of famous people in the field of this Raw and Vegan food movement. You should surround yourself information on those, to study in the books, or listening to the video, like video talk. They will tell you repeat over and over the same information.

I can tell you this, after 2015, I have a situation I have to turn myself meat diet. I turn to eggs and cheese world, I gain a lot of weight, so now I am trimming down, after I finish most of my works online.

Meat ahd eggs/milk diet, really will get people a lot of weight if you do in 3 meals a day. 

It may not necessarily to say just cruelty to the animal kingdoms if they die and suffered. There are things overweight people, they die early, you know that?

People actually die early by disease that contract to them. I never heard so much stories until I come back to Taiwan to talk to my mother and my father. They are old ages, and their near by friends, are all dying out. They both are skinny, so that is good. But truly, there are people cannot really live very well, and have all kinds of condition, when the weight comes too greatly on their feet.

I would suggest, a vegan more approaching diet, to more juicing, one day, you will find a way to eat more raw other than just a salad, that is pretty much, all I have right now.

Raw Food process (Taste)

 I am very picky on the raw food. I am not entire going raw and raw food fanatic. I took some boiling eggs and some fish mix powders in the soup. There is every reason why everyone choose the lifestyle they chose. If I realize that recipe is truly outstanding, that is what I will share, mostly juicing recipes. The concrete raw food, many people already know, its never the same like the traditional American food.

What does American food I brought up to eat, Mac' N Cheese, Pizza, and Italian pods.There are every category raw food, I have made some raw food week by following the online recipe, I remember. That is a lot of sundried tomato, and shredded zucchini noodles, cashew sauces...

When I was on the raw food week, that week, I remember the mood is better. Its different, it was my first week, going on raw food with people near by me. I made for other to eat too.
