I wash cauliflower, thousand island dressing, recently I started, beside all those juicing in the new recipes.
More of the evening options,....I don't really eat, unless my mother put the food right there. I gain weight through her cooking on the Chinese noodle at the lunch, I cannot go out scenario.

Raw food different from the cooked food are its living enzyme, like living green, living fruits, fresh produces to makes juices. I don’t like green nor carrot …they are heavily advocate by the raw movement….but so the nectar here, the way I add carrot just lightly perfect. Maybe to even make a product is forseeing it’s value. Kinda like pina colada idea.
Enzymatic reaction in the living food being advocates a lot, are to say “light in the food are retain”

People on juicing a lot like I was and one day getting a lot of weight for switching a meat diet, I will tell you if someone film an aura taste of every meal I eat since I gain weight, there was not a day that was not black. Because the taste bug changes. I do liver flush, a lot of movement people will all tell you they done it. To surround yourself with these types of people, one day I come back metropolitan life to see people heavily rely on food or whatever I want to live, they have my cousin open a gluten free restaurant, it’s way too expensive, way too expensive!!
So I stay cooked food.
