Because?

You use total grams you got from raw materials of food to scale down 100%.

One of the most known nutrition is saturate fat, double bond. You want that unlike unsaturated fat.

But for the vegan crowds they always rumor to me it’s Cholestral equal zero on every package box, that’s vegan?!
